General Information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.
Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or marketing purposes. Only technically necessary storage is used: your design preference (light/dark mode) and your cookie settings are stored locally in your browser; the spam protection service described below may set a technically necessary session cookie. This storage is strictly necessary for the operation of this website (Section 25 (2) No. 2 of the German TDDDG) and does not require consent. You can view and change your cookie settings at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of this website.
Server Log Files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. These are: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of server request, and IP address.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details including the contact information you provided will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
Spam Protection with Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect our contact form against spam and abuse, we use the Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile is only loaded once you interact with the contact form. In the process, your IP address and technical browser characteristics are transmitted to Cloudflare to verify that the input was made by a human; a technically necessary session cookie (__cf_bm) may be set. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abusive requests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer of data to the USA is therefore permissible under Art. 45 GDPR. For more information, please refer to Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
